KABA’s solutions relate to attendance management, mobility, access management, and production data monitoring. This software is incorporated in all versions of HRa Suite from version 3e, with a managed interface between HR Access and KABA, ensuring a seamless integration of the two applications.

Lingway’s e-Recruitment Applications solution complements the HRa Suite recruitment processes. HRa Suite users can make full use of Lingway's automatic CV analysis technologies (available in both French and English) to extract personal data and descriptions of education and experience. Integrating and adapting the analysis to the particular requirements of individual clients can be carried out by HR Access consultants in conjunction with Lingway experts.

Our partnership with Motivano, a market leader in the supply of flexible benefits solutions allows us to supplement our existing HR management and payroll solutions with additional services that enable employers to offer and manage employees' benefits needs. Motivano offers a wide range of flexible benefit solutions, which can include salary sacrifice, employee savings schemes and total reward statements.

Through PerformanSe, we’re able to offer companies fully documented methodologies specifically designed for assessing and managing behavioural and cognitive skills. These online methodologies are a key part of HRa Suite 7's assessment and recruitment processes. The data generated links to employee and applicant files so it can be re-used in other processes. Users can access comprehensive evaluation of the behavioural and cognitive skills of employees and future recruits.
